COOKIE POLICY

What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the user send to his terminal – computer, laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc. – where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same sites on the occasion of the next visit of the same user. By browsing this site, you will only receive cookies sent directly from our site and managed by our company.
In this regard, and for the purposes of this measure, two macro-categories are therefore identified: “technical” cookies and “profiling” cookies.

a. Technical cookies
technical cookies are those used for the sole purpose of “to transmit a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide that service” (cf. art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code). They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the owner or operator of the website. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee the normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, to make a purchase or authenticate to access restricted areas)analytics cookies, similar to technical cookies when used directly by the site operator to collect information, in aggregate form, on the number of users and how they visit the site itself; functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service rendered to the same. For the installation of such cookies is not required prior consent of users, while it remains without prejudice to the obligation to give the information pursuant to art. 13 of the Code, which the operator of the site, if you use only such devices, can provide in the manner that it deems most appropriate.

b. Profiling cookies.
Profiling cookies are aimed at creating user profiles and are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the same in the context of web browsing. Due to the particular invasiveness that such devices may have within the privacy of users, European and Italian legislation provides that the user must be adequately informed about the use of the same and thus express their valid consent. They refer to art. 122 of the Code where it provides that “The storage of information in the terminal equipment of a contractor or user or access to information already stored is only permitted if the contractor or user has given his or her consent after being informed in a manner simplified procedures referred to in Article 13, paragraph 3” (art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code).
In addition, with regard to cookies, the user is informed that in this site are used only technical cookies so-called “analytics” to analyze statistically visits to the site and technical cookies navigation or session. They have exclusively statistical purposes and collect information in aggregate form and in particular the analytics cookies used on this site are those of Google, based on the javascript ga.js Cookies navigation or session instead allow the user a navigation facilitated.
For these types of cookies, as specified in document No. 2152939 of the Data Protection Authority, prior and informed consent is not required (opt-in) provided that users are offered simple ways to object (optout).
